At Luxe Bespoke Gifts, every product is carefully crafted to your specification using precision laser engraving. Please read our returns policy before placing your order.

1. Personalised & Custom Engraved Items

• As per UK law, personalised, customised, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty or incorrect.

• Once engraving has begun, cancellations are not possible.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

• If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

• We will either:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a full refund, at our discretion.

• Items must be returned in their original condition where applicable.

3. Non-Fault Returns

• We cannot accept returns for unwanted items, customer spelling errors, or design mistakes provided to us. Please ensure all spellings, dates, and design details are correct before placing your order.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 working days of receiving the returned item (if applicable).

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
